PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

ACRYL-PUTZ® GK42 GRUNT POLIMEROWY KONTAKT is a product which is designed to create an adhesive layer for application of further products upon smooth surfaces. Its special recipe allows to perform it, thanks to proper resin as well as quartz aggregates contributing to rough surface of the layer.

APPLICATION:

ACRYL-PUTZ® GK42 GRUNT POLIMEROWY KONTAKT is designed for priming the following smooth surfaces made of: concrete, brick, lime, cement and lime, gypsum and plaster cardboard panels.

Polymer formula

ACRYL-PUTZ® GK42 contains special polymer resin which enhances significantly its durable parameters and determines excellent adhesive properties of the putty to the surface. It especially enables to be joined with the following products – plasters, putties and cement adhesives.

It contains quartz aggregates

Grunt ACRYL-PUTZ® GK42 contains quartz aggregates. Thanks to it, creates proper rough surfaces, which enable to be joined with other applied materials such as plasters, putties and cement adhesives.

Surface preparation

• surface must be solid, dry, seasoned and free of dust, grease and any contamination as well as biological corrosion (fungi, moulds, moss etc).

Product preparation

• the product is to be mixed, and if necessary thinned by adding to 5% of water

Application

• the product is to be applied by paintbrush, roller or hydrodynamic spraying at the air and surface temperature from +5ºC do +25ºC,
• it’s allowed to perform finishing works after 24 hours, when priming works were completed
• in the event of outside application, the works mustn’t be performed during bad weather conditions
• after the works have been completed it is necessary to wash the tools by water
