    ACRYL-PUTZ FD 12 FASADA - Cement and polymer finish putty

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

    Cement finish putty with components of polymer resin and cellulose fibres. It contains hydrophobic agents preventing from moisture penetration into the surface structure.

    Ready putties have white, ideally smooth and easy-to-paint painting surface.

    APPLICATION:

    ACRYL-PUTZ® FD12 FASADA is designed for renovation and redecoration works of external premises by filling in fractures, smoothening down roughness and cracks. It can also be used upon concrete, cement, cement and lime surfaces.

    Cellulose fibres

    Thanks to cellulose fibres content, putties performed by ACRYL-PUTZ® FD12 FASADA have better durable properties and optimal flexibility. Fibres prevent form cracks and make the structure of the putty more flexible.

    Polymer formula

    ACRYL-PUTZ® FD12 FASADA contains special polymer resin which enhances significantly its durable parameters and determines excellent adhesive properties of the putty to the surface.

    Surface preparation

    • smoothing-down surface must be solid, dry, dust, grease, contamination free
    • bigger cracks exceeding 3 cm must be filled in by mortar according to construction principles. In order to reinforce the surface it is recommended to prime it by ACRYL-PUTZ® before smoothening
    Product preparation
    • estimated to use dry putty mass is to be put inside of a container with water, around 1 kg of dry mass for 0.3l of water and stirred continuously
    • the content of the container must be stirred carefully by a low-speed stirrer until obtaining homogenous, easy-to-apply mass without lumps
    • ready-to-use putty mass must be stirred again after 10 minutes
    • in order to enhance adhesive properties it is recommended to add to the water around 40-50% of ACRYL-PUTZ® primer.
    • the putty mass is applicable for around 2-3 hours
    • temperature exceeding 20°C, significantly shortens the applicable period
    Application
    • apply by using putty knife, stainless steel or plastic float, layers from 3mm do 3 cm thickness
    • dry surface of the putty must be grinned by sandpaper or net and dedusted
    • painting by silicate paint must be performed after 5 days or 4 weeks when using any other facade paint
    Caution
    • it is recommended to avoid performing work in the direct sun, strong wind, rain or when the temperature is about to fall below 0°C within 7 days since the works were completed.
    • application temperature from +10°C to +25°C.
