Multispray varnish base - Varnish for priming metal and plastic surfaces

MULTISPRAY Prime Varnish is a product on the basis of modified and refined synthetic resins, providing ideal covering and adhesive properties to most primed surfaces, except some plastics and polystyrene. It provides an effective anticorrosive protection, smoothens the surface and enhances adhesiveness of other layers, which results in obtaining proper quality parameters of top varnishes on painted objects.

Surface preparation

• surface must be dry without rust, dust, grease, any other contamination
• old paint, rust and other contamination must be removed from renovated surfaces
• cleansed surfaces must be degreased

Product preparation

• before application, the container must be shaken vividly  for around 2 minutes after hearing the pellets inside of the container

Painting

• ideal temperature to carry out painting works from +15°C to +25°C
• it’s recommended to apply several thin layers (2-3) from distance of 25-30 cm
• next layer or top coatings are to be applied after 2 hours or after 24 hours
