Acryl Putz GP41 Deep Penetration Polymer Primer - For reinforcing weak, loose surfaces requiring deep penetration

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

ACRYL-PUTZ® GP41 DEEP PENETRATING POLYMER PRIMER enhances adhesive properties and contributes to proper drying of later applied products. It prevents from releasing water to the surface too quickly and penetrates deep into it and binds loose aggregates. It provides light satin, transparent and water vapour penetrable layers

APPLICATION:

Grunt GP41 is recommended to be applied on putties, paints, mortars and levelling products for ceilings, walls and floors either outside or inside of premises. It can also be used in order to protect external plasters from harmful weather conditions. As a primer, must be applied before paints, significantly facilitates their application, especially on large surfaces.

Polymer formula

ACRYL-PUTZ® GP41 DEEP PENETRATING POLYMER PRIMER consists of double system of resins which bind excellently elements of the surface and reinforce its structure.

It penetrates deep the structure of the surface

ACRYL-PUTZ® GP41 DEEP PENETRATING POLYMER PRIMER is excellent in the case of very weak and loose surfaces which require deep penetration, made of the following; brick, cement, lime, cement and lime, gypsum, concrete and plaster cardboard panels etc.

Surface preparation

• surface must be solid, dry, seasoned and free of dust, grease and any contamination as well as biological and chemical corrosion (fungi, moulds, moss etc).

Product preparation

• the product is to be mixed and not thinned

Application

• the first layer is to be applied by paintbrush at the air and surface temperature from +5ºC do +25ºC,
• damp patches and puddles are forbidden
• on very absorptive surfaces or very weak it’s recommended to apply another layer of the product on penetrated and almost dry first layer
• it’s allowed to perform further finishing works after 24 hours, when priming works were completed
• in order to protect plasters efficiently from harmful weather conditions, it’s recommended to apply 2-3 layers of the product
• in the event of outside application, the works mustn’t be performed during bad weather conditions
• after the works have been completed it is necessary to wash the tools by water.
