Multispray Anticorrosive enamel - Anticorrosive enamel for metal surfaces
Prime and enamel designed for painting of majority steel elements. It can be used directly to rust or old coatings. It efficiently prevents from corrosion thanks to used technology - LCI (Liquid Corrosion Inhibitor). It combines 4 crucial factors: excellent adhesive base, active anticorrosive protection, efficient covering properties and protective barrier from influence of changeable weather conditions. It can be applied to zinc and aluminium in order to obtain a decorative effect.
Surface preparation
- surface must be dry without rust, dust, grease, any other contamination
- damaged coatings with bad adhesive properties must be removed
- old coating with good adhesive properties must be grinned by sandpaper and dedusted
Product preparation
- before application, the container must be shaken vividly for around 3 minutes after hearing the pellets inside of the container
Painting
- surface around the working area must be protected
- ideal temperature to carry out painting works from +15°C to +25°C
- sample spraying is to be performed
- it’s recommended to apply several thin layers from distance of 25-30 cm
- drying and thickening period is subjected to air temperature and humidity, in bad weather conditions it may be extended
- full anticorrosive protection of painted surface is obtained after 24 hours
