Śnieżka Nitro Enamel
Coatings performed by nitro enamel, have excellent adhesive properties, high gloss or matt and effective colours. The enamel is designed for professional painting of gallantry made of wood, wood-based materials as well as properly primed metal elements used inside of premises. It can also be used upon industrial installations made of wood, wood-based and metal elements.
Surface preparation
- surface must be dry without rust, dust, grease and any contamination free
- resinous and greased wood and must be cleansed by nitro solvents or extraction naphtha
- ready surface must be painted by Nitro Vidaron Primer
- rust and other contamination are to be removed from metal surfaces and painted by fast-drying anticorrosive paint, Śnieżka Urekor S
- loos parts of old paint, rust and other contamination must be removed from surfaces subject to restoration and dedusted
Surface preparation
- the enamel is to be stirred carefully
- if necessary, the paint is to be thinned by solvents for nitro products
Painting
- painting works are to be carried out by paintbrush or pneumatic spraying
- the next layer is to be applied after drying the previous one
- painting works are to be carried out at the air and surface temperature of above +10°C and air humidity below 80%
